| Banquo Lady Valerie (Nebo Calonog x Brynarian Morwena) 2007, 14.3 h., bright bay Ginger is a sweet-natured filly that is going to be, we believe, has tall as her 15.1 dam. Her gaits are wonderful; she has almost a warmblood-type trot, with amazing loft and scope. Handled since birth, she is friendly yet respectful. One of the most pleasant 2 yr olds I’ve ever encountered. She is still growing into her frame, but will be deep and wide like her dam. There aren't many Brynarian-bred mares available! $5500.
| | | | Gallod Brenin (Nebo Calonog x Gallod Ffansi x Nebo Joules) 2007, 14.2 h., liver-chestnut w/light roaning, siver mane and tail. Brenin is growing into a delightful gelding (measured 14.2 last Fall). He's a triple-bred Nebo Daniel and has the movement to prove it--absolutely spectacular! Gorgeous pony head, excellent gaits and confirmation. We love his legs: well-boned and correct--they look like they're made of iron. He had extensive groundwork last year and was introduced to saddle and bridle. He will be started this summer. $4000.
Mary Carter Banquo Cobs Gaston, IN 765-358-4774 banquocobs@aol.com | | --------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Sommertime Zamboni (Gayfields Silver Sproket x Zangible) Zamboni is a Registered Half Welsh Gelding (1/2 Arabian). He was foaled in May of 2005, son of Gayfields Silver Sproket and a grandson of Sleight of Hand. He is a light grey color with a darker mane and tail and a beautiful head. Zamboni has a long and graceful stride and is very athletic, well balanced, and uses his hind quarters. He measures 13.2 hands; is very good around the barn and for the blacksmith. He was green broke to ride in the spring of 2009 and spent about 7 weeks with the trainer. He did very well with the trainer, and the trainer even had him trail riding, too. He has not been ridden since June 2009 due to owner's health problems, so he will need to be sent back to a trainer to complete his lessons and prepare him for the show ring. Zamboni likes to be brushed, saddled, and loads in a trailer nicely. He will make a great hunter jumper pony and dressage prospect. He is in excellent health. His good looks are sure to catch the judge's eye. Priced at $3,700 or best offer. Call: 765-533-3633. | | --------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Talywern Sweet Annabelle – Sec. C Mare (*Menai Magic’s Boy x *Menai Angylaidd) 9 yr old, 13.1 hh, Chestnut mare.
This mare can move, and has always been 1st or 2nd in her halter class and gone on to the championship classes. We’ve only showed her twice that I can remember. In 2004 she was C/D Res. Grand Champion against some tough cobs at the Heartland Welsh double Gold show. In 2009 she was pulled straight out of the pasture to become the C/D Sr. Res. Champion at the Heartland Welsh double Gold Show again. Her one and only show this year put her in 4th place for the North Central Region C Mares, and 13th in the Nation. She has 41 lifetime points.
Annabelle is broke to ride at the walk & trot, but due to lack of time I haven’t had time to teach her to lope. She knows how to pivot on her front, rear, side passes, backs, flexes, bends and gives to the bit on a light rein. She ties, clips, shots are fine, worms perfectly, stands for the farrier & vet like a lady. She loads and hauls like a perfect lady also.
This mare would most likely make a great driving pony also, very solid in her personality, not jittery at all.
Special consideration given to show homes. We want this mare placed in a show home Annabelle is too nice to just sit in the pasture and waste away as a broodmare only. $4,000. | | | | Severn Pavlova (Glannant Victory Lane x Stonecroft Storm Dancer) 2003 Sec. A Chestnut Roan Mare. Pavie has been started under saddle and is doing really well. She loves attention and has good welsh movement. She has all the basic ground work done: She ties, clips, stands for the farrier, shots – no problem, loves to be wormed, loads & hauls perfectly and is just a dream to work with. $2,500
| | | | Miracle Worker (Gallimaufry Jaguar x Evans To Betsy) 7 yr old Welsh Pony Gelding. Miracle stands 11.3 hands and is easy to handle. He was recently gelded (9/11/09), he is not mean but can be pushy at times, which will get better as soon as he forgets he was a stallion. He is not broke but he is very willing and would be easy to get going under saddle or to teach to drive, he has been shown at the welsh shows in halter and did well. Best Offer. | | | | Stonehaven Copper Flyer (Western Raraby x Severn Pavlova) Couper is a real sweetheart. He stands for the farrier like a gentleman. He leads at the walk and trot and will follow you any where. He ties beautifully, baths and loves wormings, good about his shots also. Couper will make a fantastic childs pony. Best Offer. | | | | Stonehaven Magic In Motion (Clanfair The Monarch x Tangwyllt Briar Rose) 2009 Sec. B Grey Gelding. He is a gorgeous colt that has beautiful movement and is super friendly. He leads at the walk & trot, ties, baths and is really good about his worming. This colt loves attention and will make an excellent child’s pony. He should mature a small medium I believe. $1,500.
| | | | Stonehaven Grand Illusion (Clanfair The Monarch x Stonehaven Ddrud Bili-Pala) 2009 Sec. B Grey Gelding. He is going to look just like his sire who is drop dead gorgeous, and he is smart. This colt is a sweetie and very intelligent, he will be very talented in the show ring in any discipline you choose. He is a beautiful mover with more hunter type movement unless you really get him to strut then the welsh movement comes out. I believe this boy will go far at the hunter jumper shows. $2,000
| | | | Stonehaven Maid of Elegance (Whispering Magic Marvel x Talywern Sweet Annabelle) 2008 Sec. C Bay Filly. Phoebe is drop dead gorgeous. She is easy to work with, stands perfectly for the farrier, clips, ties, worming – no problem. She loads and hauls beautifully. Phoebe’s oldest sister sold as a dressage prospect and went to California. Her other sister sold to a driving home here in Indiana. Phoebe has the talent to do either dressage or driving. She has beautiful movement and suspension. $2,500 obo
| | | | Whispering Magic Marvel (*Menai Dambuster x AYR Hawks Mackenzie Rose) 2002 Sec. D Dark Bay Stallion. Magic is gorgeous, kind, loving and is very easy to handle and has impeccable manners while being handled. He is an easy breeding stallion and can be handled by women very easily; in fact he has only been handled by a woman during breeding, and has only been ridden by women so far. He is broke to ride w/t/c although I would still call him green broke. He needs more work on his leads and just needs more miles. He is very talented and would do well in dressage, but would not do well in driving; carts scare him a little too much. $6,500 obo
